Sam - Studio Creator
Sam has been practicing yoga for around 10 years and is a fully qualified 200hr yoga teacher and health coach.
Coming from a dance background, Sam loves the creative aspects of yoga, that are in some ways similar to dance. Yoga allows you to express yourself in true, unfiltered form and is a deeply transformational experience.
Being so very passionate and intrigued by the inner and outer workings of the human anatomy, Sam loves to educate her students on the importance of taking care of their bodies through mindful movement, meditation and breath work. Her motto is that “there is not better investment than in yourself” and she loves to see the transformation in her students, from the start to finish of her classes.
Sam's classes are varied and creative and she loves to incorporate her love for music into each and every class, creating a truly magical and uplifting experience.
Yoga is her passion and purpose and she wanted to create a space that not only provided a well rounded yoga experience but also created community, where like minded souls can connect and grow, thus Mind Body Yoga was born.
