MIND BODY YOGA

HATHA YOGA.
Hatha is a traditional practice of yoga, that incorporates asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation & mantra, which help to bring about a sense of peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices and connection to self.
The class is relatively slow & gentle and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style of yoga.
Level - ALL LEVELS.
