I am complete beginner where do I start? 

Don’t worry, we know starting something new can be often intimidating and scary but need not fear, we are here to support you every step of the way. Most of our classes are suitable for beginners and you will be supported a guided by your tutor to ensure you get the very best from your practice. Classes that are tailored for the more seasoned practitioner will be highlighted. 

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes, free parking can be found on site.
 

What should I wear to class?

We advise wearing something comfortable, that allows you to move around freely & without restriction.  

During the hot classes the studio can be quite sweaty, so ensure your clothing accommodates.  

How far in advance should I arrive?

We advise arriving around a minimum of 15 minutes before class starts, to allow time for your settle in on your mat. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

If you have a yoga mat then please bring it with you. We also recommend that you bring some water, and towel when attending hot classes. 

 

Can attend a yoga class if I am pregnant?​​

Yoga is excellent during pregnancy and after giving

birth (although best to avoid hot yoga classes). It is recommended that you do not practice yoga in your first trimester, unless you are a seasoned practitioner. Make sure you let your instructor know at the start of the class so they can provide you with suitable adjustments.

Does the studio have changing rooms? 

There are toilet facilities, where you could change but we recommend coming already dressed for class.
