Mind-Body Yoga offers a varied range of yoga styles from strong dynamic, power, or vinyasa practices, to gentle more restorative Yin Yoga, meditation & breathwork. As well as Barre and pilates, to help incorporate strength training to help support a well-rounded movement practice. 

Our classes are designed to accommodate a range of levels, from the complete beginner to the more seasoned practitioner. It's doesn't matter what age, body shape, level of fitness, or flexibility we embrace everyone. 


There are no judgments or expectations here at Mind-body yoga. We want our studio to be completely accessible, to anybody who wishes to come and use it. 


We are a family and it's our intention to create a beautiful community of like-minded souls, to help support you on your wellness journey.
